Humic acid is an amorphous polymer compound formed by the decomposition of dead animals and plants by microorganisms and chemical action. It is widely found in peat soil, peat and lignite. Humic acid contains aromatic groups, carboxyl groups, hydroxyl groups, carbonyl groups, methoxy groups and other active groups, which determine the properties of humic acid, such as acidity, hydrophilicity, cation exchange and physiological activity. Humic acid contains important elements such as carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, sulfur, and phosphorus that crops need, so it can be used to process and produce corresponding organic fertilizers. The processed humic acid-containing materials, such as peat soil, are added with suitable nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients to produce humic acid nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizers containing various nutrients.

During production, humic acid raw materials, such as peat, peat soil, black pond mud, etc., are naturally dried to about 20% water content, and crushed to about 0.2mm. Add ammonia water at room temperature, the concentration of ammonia water is 15%, the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:1.5, the ratio of mud to ammonia is 1:0.05, soaked at room temperature for 1 hour, the product is dried (drying temperature is 105 ℃) and then mixed with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer source.
