Description

Sun-salted nitre is the organic matter in the salt field. According to analysis, tanning salt is not only rich in organic matter, nitrogen and potassium, but also many trace elements, such as boron, zinc, magnesium, calcium and so on. Using these nitriles to produce compound fertilizer can not only improve fertilizer efficiency, reduce costs, turn waste into treasure, but also remove moss, seaweed, etc. in the evaporation pond of salt fields, improve the effect of brine production, and improve the yield and quality of salt production. The raw materials used in the production of compound fertilizers are:

Organics: 33.3%

Nitrogen: 1.27%

Boron: 0.05%

Calcium: 1.58%

Potassium: 0.21%

Zinc: 0.005%

Urea: agricultural grade

Phosphate fertilizer: containing P2O5 19%

Potassium chloride: containing K2O 59%

Magnesium: 3.59%

Na: 1.09%

Iron: 2.1%

Manganese: 0.25%

Others: 56.56%

Figure 6-1 shows the process of producing compound fertilizer with sun-dried salt and nitrile.

The dried salt and nitre are collected from the salt field, dried in the sun or dried with a desiccator, and then entered into a pulverizer for crushing and sieving. After mixing, it is conveyed to a granulator by a belt conveyor for granulation. Granulation can be done with a disc granulator. In the granulator, the material is combined with the sprayed adhesive to form granules. In the production process, care must be taken not to destroy the organic nutrients in the tan. Therefore, the type, concentration and dosage of the binder are very important. The amount of binder added is large, and the granulation speed is accelerated, but the particles are coarse, the pass rate is low, and there are many returned materials, which reduces the production strength. Generally, the amount of binder added is 3% to 4% of the raw materials.

The production cost of compound fertilizer using sun-dried salt is shown in Table 6-5.

The produced products contain 10%~20% organic matter, and other indicators meet the requirements of ministerial standards.
