Water cyclone separator is a device that can separate dust particles from air flow by using centrifugal force. Working principle of water cyclone separator
The water cyclone separator consists of a cylindrical body, a conical bottom, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe and a dust outlet. The inlet pipe is tangentially connected to the cylindrical body, which creates a swirling motion of the air flow. The dust particles in the air flow are forced to move outward by the centrifugal force and adhere to the inner wall of the cylindrical body. Then they spiral down along the wall and are discharged through the dust outlet at the bottom. The clean air flow moves upward along the axis of the cylindrical body and exits through the outlet pipe at the top.
